Dry filter spray booths
All our booths are manufactured from 1.2mm galvanised steel panels and come available in wide range of sizes anything from a 1.1m bench booth to a 15 meter long booth for spraying industrial fabrications. All of our spray booths come complete with overspray filters and exhaust fans/ ducting kits, lights and stop starts. All ready for self assembly or installed onsite by our site team.
Powder coating and drying ovens
Our ovens are available in a range of sizes and temperatures ranges whether it be a 200 degree box oven for alloy wheel refurbishment to a 15m online industrial powder coating oven. All our ovens are constructed from 125mm thick panels with Alu-Dip internal sheets for maximum heat retention and longevity.
Water wash booths
Water wash booth mainly used for heavy powder coating use. Fabricated from a 3mm water tank and heavy duty water pump system ensures reliability making sure our customers don't have to stop there production. Available in a sizes from 1.1m to 8.8m.
LEV testing
Local exhaust ventilation testing is designed to reduce airborne particles from exhaust ventilation systems.
Health And Safety guidelines HSG258 require extraction systems to be tested once every 14 months.
